Our mission is to empower homeless individuals in Erith, Bexleyheath by providing essential resources such as food, clothing, and vital information to help them rebuild their lives. To achieve our mission, we will take the following measurable steps
Resource Distribution: Provide weekly distributions of food, clothing, and hygiene products to at least 50 homeless individuals in Bexleyheath.
Information and Support: Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource guide, distributing 200 copies per quarter to those in need, including information on shelters, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
Community Projects: Organise monthly workshops on mental and physical well-being, aiming to engage at least 30 residents per session.
Partnerships: Collaborate with local organisations and service providers to expand our outreach and resources, with the goal of forming at least five active partnerships annually.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the progress of individuals we assist, aiming for a 20% improvement in their housing stability, employment status, or overall well-being within six months of support.
